The following is a response from The CBTS Inc.:

The judge based part of his decision on wrong information. The three professionals, who were volunteering to help the Town and the independent engineering firm (through The Church By The Sea Inc.) are not members of The Church By The Sea Inc. heritage group. The independent professionals (an architect, engineer and master carpenter) are citizens of PCSP and would not be biased in their professional capacities under the direction of the engineering firm. The professionals would act in a manner, independent of TheCBTS and governed by their own professional qualifications, ethics and standards.
